Dr. Ahmed Sami Alkhalili
Born in Libya, Dr. Alkhalili attended Libyan International University’s Faculty of Dentistry. After moving to Canada, he completed the National Dental Examining Board (NDEB) exam to certify his degree. Dr. Alkhalili is proud to be part of the Canadian Dental Association and International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).
Dr. Alkhalili is deeply committed to O’Ville Dental and focuses on providing a wide range of dependable, effective, and efficient dental services to his patients. Experienced in all facets of general dentistry, he is keenly interested in helping patients resolve functional and aesthetic concerns, and in using oral surgery to address complex oral health issues related to the mouth, lower face, and jaw.
When Dr. Alkhalili is not treating smiles, he enjoys staying active with soccer, tennis, swimming, and regular gym workouts. He also cherishes opportunities to spend quality time with his family and friends, fostering deep and meaningful connections.

Having earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Benghazi, Dr. Alkhalili gained knowledge in preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental services. She made it her goal to provide future patients with patient-centric care. She is a valued member of O’Ville Dental and is focused on providing every patient with friendly and attentive dental care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Dr. Shahad Alkhalili’s practice philosophy centers on providing personalized and empathetic dentistry designed to enhance the function and aesthetics of her patient’s smiles. She especially enjoys cosmetic care like Invisalign® and teeth whitening because these treatments are developed to help patients achieve the confidence that comes with a bright, well-aligned smile. Working in a small, family-oriented city resonates deeply with her, reminding her of the close-knit community she experienced while living in Thunder Bay.
When out of the office, Dr. Alkhalili delights in spending time outdoors, whether hiking scenic trails, exploring new travel destinations, or immersing herself in nature. She also loves horseback riding for fun and cherishes quality time with family, especially as she embarks on this new chapter of life after getting married last May!
